Pavlo Hai-Nyzhnyk (Ukrainian: Павло Павлович Гай-Нижник) was born on May 28, 1971, in Dunaivtsi of Western Podillya (Khmelnytskyi Oblast), Soviet Union and is a Ukrainian historian, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (Kyiv), Academician of the Academy of Political Sciences (Kyiv) and Ukrainian poet (Laureate International Literature Prize I.Koshelivets by 2013).
