Ruská Voľa (Hungarian: Kisszabados, until 1899: Orosz-Volya; Ukrainian: Руська Воля, romanized: Rus’ka Volia) is a village and municipality in Vranov nad Topľou District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.
