Sergey Ivanoviсh Neverov (Russian: Сергей Иванович Неве́ров; born 21 December 1961) is a Russian political figure, deputy chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of VI,^[1] VII and VIII^[2] convocations. He was the parliamentary leader of United Russia since 9 October 2017 to 19 September 2021.^[3] He was the Secretary of the General Council of the party United Russia from 2011 to 2017.

He was formerly a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the third (1999), fourth (2003) and the fifth (2007) convocations.^[4] Prior to 1991, consisted of the CPSU.^[5]
