The men's 4 × 200 metre freestyle relay competition of the swimming events at the 1999 Pan American Games took place on August 3, 1999, at the Pan Am Pool in Winnipeg, Manitoba.[1] The last Pan American Games champion was the United States.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
