- Kaisar qualified for the Europa League second qualifying round by winning the 2019 Kazakhstan Cup.
- Aktobe had six points deducted on 18 February 2019 as a punishment for unpaid debts to former player Dele Adeleye.[1] On 14 March 2019, Aktobe were handed a further six point deduction for unpaid debts to former player Nemanja Nikolić.[2]
