Battle names?

There seems to be some inconsistency in the naming of battles for this War. Why, for example are some present-day/"native" names used, and not others? For example, regarding the battles that took place in present-day Latvia, two use Latvian geographic names (Crossing of the Daugava, Battle of Jēkabpils) while one uses the contemporary (for the GNW) German toponym (Battle of Gemauerthof). Shouldn't there be some consistency here? Either the Latvian-named articles should be changed to Crossing of the Düna and Battle of Jakobstadt (currently a redirect), or "Battle of Gemauerthof" should be renamed Battle of Mūrmuiža. The same probably goes for several other of the GNW battles in orther territories. —Zalktis (talk) 08:13, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
