Spam category

Why should this template include Category:Wikipedia spam cleanup? Given that this template can be used for any of three cases (section too long, duplication of refs, inappropriate items on list), and given that spam links are usually added in "External links" sections, it seems like a bit of a stretch to assume that every application of this template heralds the presence of spam. Could we just leave it at Category:Wikipedia further reading cleanup? Ibadibam (talk) 01:48, 3 March 2016 (UTC)

How about a reason field?
