untitled

Can this be renamed to just Hardcore music-footer please? Thanks! --Revolt 21:03, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

i've been thinking the exact same thing these last few days --MilkMiruku 03:37, 27 February 2006 (UTC
No, there is hardcore metal, hardcore hiphop etc too - so lets keep it like this ;) --Dotted 22:38, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
The original meaning of Hardcore is Hardcore Punk. Hardcore Techno is named Hardcore to show it is as hard as Hardcore Punk. -- 188.101.86.140 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 15:14, 28 March 2011 (UTC).

Rename this please

Over half of the genres that are listed in this do not actually fall behind hardcore techno. For example, dubstep? Dubstep is a sub-genre of drum and bass, and drum and bass isn't related to hardcore at all. The majority of these fall under EDM, but that's about the closest they get to each other.
