Elections

As I added a link to 1962 Labour Party deputy leadership election which Wilson contested, I have changed how these appear in the template so as to be clear which elections were for the leadership and which were for the deputy leadership. Dunarc (talk) 23:26, 26 February 2020 (UTC)

New section

I have added a popular culture section as quite a few of the other Prime Minister navigational boxes have them and Harold Wilson has appeared in several notable works. Dunarc (talk) 22:47, 13 September 2020 (UTC)

On a related note, I wonder if Friday Night, Saturday Morning should be included in the popular culture section? Although Wilson only hosted two episodes of the series (in its first series in 1979), and his performance has been criticised, it was very newsworthy that a former Prime Minister would host such a show. Indeed there is quite a bit of coverage of his hosting these episodes (one of which was repeated when the BBC had a Harold Wilson night) and his appearances as host are arguably one of the most notable things about the series.
