Autocategorisation of article as a LEA

There is now a general Wikipedia:Infobox for all law enforcement agencies, {{Infobox Law enforcement agency}}, which does sophisticated automatic categorisation of law enforcement agencies consistently for all countries.

To ensure consistent and non disparate categorisation of law enforcment agency articles, the automatic categorisation of articles by this template as Law enforcement agencies of Russia has been removed.

To automatically categorise Russian law enforcement agency articles, the {{Infobox Law enforcement agency}} template should be used in the article.
