This would be better as a footer; as it is it's really visually too large with too much empty space. Also, it's kinda overloaded with too much explanation better left to the articles. I think a footer navbox should be made instead. Also, and this might be more controversial, including the English forms here might be a mistake. It's clear that this was intended to cover the major forms in the US, even if the title didn't make that clear. Including England (and only England, not the whole of the UK) leads to this becoming easily overwhelmed by every country's particulars instead of being the simple overview of the common forms in the US that it was intended as. oknazevad (talk) 05:35, 23 July 2021 (UTC)
