1919 referenda

There were two referenda held on 28 September 1919: one on the monarchy (they voted to keep it) and one on whether Luxembourg should enter economic union with France or Belgium (they voted for France; the government ignored them and went for Belgium). Hence, the article name for the 1919 referenda should be 'Luxembourgian referendum, 1919', without specifying either particular issue. Bastin 15:56, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
