Argument 2 not implemented

The second argument is supposed to replace "MOS" with the user's text. I assume that really means "Manual of Style", not "MOS", but even so, it doesn't work and I see no code to make such a substitution. What's going on? Jojalozzo 18:29, 11 March 2014 (UTC)
