I propose to include in the template non-citizenship and language policy, as essential themes in politics of Latvia, covered in Wikipedia wide enough (the first is of special interest since Latvia is nearly unique with that legal construction).Rigaer (talk) 22:36, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
