Suggestion

I am not sure how many drainage divisions there are in Western Australia. However it would probably be better to sort them into sections based on that. - Shiftchange (talk) 02:54, 25 May 2012 (UTC)

Exactly, is my intention, but not sure what the divisions should be yet - help would be appreciated Crusoe8181 (talk) 03:31, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
Looks like there are at least 19 but probably 44. If you click on one of the major basins at that link, another page shows 44 basins in a drop down menu. Could be tricky. Queensland only has 5 basin but at least as many rivers as WA, if not more. - Shiftchange (talk) 05:17, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
I was thinking about 4- north-west (Kimberleys +), Indian Ocean, south-west, and southern + any that might flow inland- Victoria has Murray basin, rivers to the coast and rivers flowing inland which seems about right Crusoe8181 (talk) 05:58, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
That seems sensible, at least better than a long, alphabetical list. - Shiftchange (talk) 07:40, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
