Green background for Septimius Severus

As the first emperor of the dynasty, I believe the background for the box with Septimius Severus should also be green. Indeed, looking at the code, it looks like that was the intention, but apparently something is not working as it appears white. I cannot see how to fix this though. Hopefully someone else can.
