Template talk:Taxonomic ranks
Infraspecies is not a rank, it's a group of ranks. Please remove it from this template, thanks. KP Botany 23:19, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- There may be more than one rank below Subspecies in botany, but not in zoology. (Unless an individual counts as a taxon, that is.) The Mysterious El Willstro (talk) 06:31, 29 July 2010 (UTC)
This is the talk page for discussing improvements to the Taxonomic ranks template. |

Isn't "Legion" a higher rank than "Cohort"? 84.194.239.24 19:09, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
It can be. I think Cohort can be orders or families, and Legion is strictly a group of orders. Would someone change this as necessary, also, they're internally wikilinked to this page, that should be changed. Thanks for the note, someone will look into it. KP Botany 19:23, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
This really needs to be cleaned up. ONEder Boy (talk) 16:16, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
