Isles of Scilly

I've restored the Isles of Scilly to this list (alphabetising it after 'Isle of Wight') because the Council of the Isles of Scilly article clearly describes it as a unitary authority. Addedentry (talk) 21:49, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
