Ulu Anyut is the sub-area of Ulu Paku, Spaoh, Betong District, Betong Division, Sarawak, Malaysia. It is primarily an Iban area with a few small longhouses. Ulu Anyut areas consists of the longhouses:

1. Lingit
2. Sungai Rian (Occupants originally from Udau)
3. Udau
4. Blabak Jitu
5. Blabak Nanam
6. Engkrebai
7. Lempaong
