Currently in the current events box for Saturday, August 26, 2023, under Armed conflicts and attacks, it lists a story about a report of attacks on civilians in western Russia in this format:

* Russian invasion of Ukraine
** Attacks on civilians in the Russian invasion of Ukraine
*** 2022–2023 western Russia attacks
**** The governor of Belgorod Oblast says that Ukrainian shelling and usage of cluster munitions injured six civilians in Urazovo. (Al Jazeera)

Why is a story about alleged attacks by Ukraine on Russian civilians in Russia being listed under the subheading of "Attacks on civilians in the Russian invasion of Ukraine", which is an article exclusively about attacks by Russia on Ukrainian civilians in Ukraine?
