Eslamabad-e Kord (Persian: اسلام ابادكرد)[lower-alpha 1] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Samalqan County, North Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,360 in 326 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,311 people in 373 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,167 people in 367 households.[2]
