• Built in 1924, the brick, eight-story, Classical Revival -style apartment building was known as the Oxford House Kalorama (a halfway house ) during the 1980s–1990s.

1810 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. – Embassy of Argentina, Military Attaché Office

• The residence now houses the military attaché of the Argentine embassy .
• Built in 1904, the brick, five-story, Romanesque Revival -style building was designed by architects Clarke Waggaman and George Ray. Previous occupants include F. M. Matheson, U.S. Secretary of War Jacob M. Dickinson , U.S. Secretary of the Interior Walter Lowrie Fisher , the Guatemalan legation , Sigma Phi Epsilon (D.C. Alpha) , and U.S. Representative William Henry Harrison .
