long were used to give a highly collimated view of the nuclear reactions on an adjacent island. The transport of the energetic x-rays and neutrons upon arrival at the diagnostic station 1200, having passed through the multiple vacuum lines, generated a ~ 1 kiloton of TNT equivalent explosion.
