English: Card issued to United States Navy crewman Graham S. Fulghum (PhM2), who served aboard the oiler USS Manatee (AO-58), marking his first crossing of the International Date Line on June 11, 1944, at 16 degrees 30 minutes north of the Equator. Original on card stock inscribed with printed and typewritten text, measures 3.75" x 2.4" (9.4cm x 6.1cm), embossed on left half with circular seal that reads "Department of the Navy / U.S.S. Manatee"; no markings on card's reverse.
