Description U.S. Air Force North American F-86F Sabre fighters from the "Minute Men" aerobatics team of the Colorado Air National Guard. The team existed unofficially from 1953 to 1956, flying Lockheed F-80Cs. Members of the Colorado Air National Guard's Minute Men put on aerial shows in their F-86s beginning in 1954, and from 1956 until 1959, they served as the National Guard Bureaus official aerial demonstration team representing all ANG units. The "Minute Men" performed in 47 U.S. states, as well as the territories of Hawaii and Alaska, Nicaragua, Panama, Guatamala City, Mexico City, and Kingston (Jamaica). In 1959 it was disbanded out of budgetary reasons.
