English: These soldiers belong to opposition forces in Gbadolite, Democratic Republic of Congo, who in September 2000 agreed to allow immunizations during “Days of Tranquility.” USAID helped facilitate negotiations that secured safe passage for vaccinators, vaccines, and equipment.
