Hier werden in einer privaten Küche in Salzburg Nockerl gemacht. Meist als Beilage verwendet, werden sie in diesem Fall als Grundlage für "Kasnocken" benötigt, das ist ein regionales Pinzgauer Gericht. (Pinzgau = politischer Bezirk Zell am See, Land Salzburg, Österreich)
