Joanna Lambert (born c.โ€‰1972)[1] is an Australian-born American tech and finance industry executive.[2] In July 2023, she joined restaurant software company Olo, as the chief operating officer.[3][4][5] She previously worked in leadership roles for American Express,[6][7] and PayPal.[8][9][10]

At PayPal, she was the vice president of Global Consumer Product and Engineering,[8] and she was in charge of the "hot payment service" at Venmo.[1] In 2018 she was put in charge of Verizon assets, including Yahoo Finance, Tanda, TechCrunch, and Engadget.[11]

She is from Australia, and moved to the United States in 2005.[12] Lambert graduated from the Queensland University of Technology.[13] She is married and has a daughter,[12] and lives in New York City.
