Sheradsky's first writings were published in The Huffington Post in 2017,^[25]. He's been a founding member of three startups that have reached the $1M+ range for either metrics.^[26]

In 2018, inspired by the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Sheradsky began writing on topics of chassidus^[27] for Thrive Global and Live Kabbalah,^[28][29] as well on social media.^{[citation needed]} He was appointed to this position after the founder of Live Kabbalah read his writings in Huffington Post.^[30][29] He amassed a following, primarily on Instagram,^[31] sharing from Chassidus and regular day-to-day life via quotes and music.^[32][33][34] He became the only Hasidic Jew and rabbi on the platform to surpass 1 million followers.^[17]

Music career

In 2020, Sheradsky^[35] released his debut single, "You Are Not Alone".^[36] The song was aimed at helping those dealing with issues during the COVID-19 pandemic.^[37][38] The song had a local and international impact,^[39][40] with signs being placed alongside roads as a reminder to drivers, stating "You Are Not Alone". Over a year after its release, the song became a Billboard-certified single as part of a compilation that reached No. 22 on the Billboard charts for digital album sales.^[41][42]

The success of "You Are Not Alone" caught the attention of a record executive at Create Music Group.^[21][43] He was then connected with their team's A&R reps, who concluded that they should sign him. Upon signing his first record deal, Sheradsky became the fourth Orthodox Jew to sign to a top record label, alongside Matisyahu, Alex Clare, and Shulem Lemmer.^[3][20][44]

In 2022, Sheradsky released the song "Say"^[45] with Julian Marley.^[46][47] Rolling Stone included Sheradsky in their Global Artist Spotlight, highlighting the song.^[48] Throughout the latter half of 2022, Sheradsky performed shows with as many as 3,000 and 5,000 people attending,^[4] as well as giving private performances throughout the United States. Sheradsky and Marley performed together^[49][50][51] in Florida for the first time in mid-December.^[52] In August, Rolling Stone included Moshe in their Global Artists Spotlight List for 2022. In 2023, he additionally became a member of the Recording Academy.^[53] During Chanukah of 2023,^[54] he headlined The Largest Menorah Lighting Concert, in Brooklyn, New York.^[55]

In 2024, Sheradsky started off the year with the release of the song 'Red and Yellow'. With this song, he would find his first entry on the Spotify Editorial Playlist, 'Fresh Finds', a Spotify Editorial playlist dedicated to showcasing the best songs from new artists. Additionally on February 21st the song reached #89 on the Spotify Charts for the Top Songs in Israel.^[56][57] In February, Moshe Reuven gained viral attention on social media due to his unique participation at the Grammy Awards.^[58] As the only Orthodox Jewish artist invited, his debut on the red carpet captured significant attention, amassing over a million views. He was notably dressed in a 'Never Again Means Now' shirt, a symbolically chosen Yellow Flower styled by Kobi Halperin, and a traditional Hasidic garment known as a 'kapota'. This was viewed as an act of solidarity with Israel and a stance against antisemitism during music's most highlighted award ceremony.^{[59][60][61][62]}

On March 9th, 2024 Moshe reached the top 50 charts on Spotify for Israel at #19.^[63]

On March 22nd, 2024, Moshe topped the Israel Spotify Charts at #1.^{[64][65][66][67][68]}
