Telesm (Persian: طلسم)[lower-alpha 1] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh-ye Kerend Rural District[4] of the Central District of Dalahu County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

According to the 2006 National Census, its population was 428 in 99 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 277 people in 70 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 188 people in 53 households.[2]
