Welcome to WikiProject Moldova! Please join up if you are interested in Moldova. The goals of this project are to:
- create, improve, and maintain articles relating to Moldova, its history, geography, people, and culture.
- to assist in the upkeep and maintenance of Portal:Moldova.
- to assist in improving the Outline of Moldova.
To participate, simply add your name to the members subpage.
The scope of this project is all articles relating to Moldova, especially those which fall in the Category:Moldova and its sub-categories. This page and its future subpages contain suggestions on formatting and layout of articles, which can be discussed at the project's talk page.

- Join this project! Add yourself to the list, and add the userbox to your page, to advertise the project to people who happen to pass by.
- Invite people to the project – drop a note on the user talk page of editors working on Moldova topics who aren't project members.
- Consider promoting the project via the Wikipedia Signpost WikiProject desk.
- Improve the project
- Update the project pages, archive clutter, and make use of the latest automation available

- Translate or expand articles from Moldovan Wikipedia.
- Expand some of the articles (check out Category:Moldova stubs or some of its subcategories), always respecting Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View Policy. Also, check the Wikipedia: Manual of Style.
- Add references to articles which need referencing improving. Biographies of living persons are a particular priority.
- Assess some of the Unassessed Moldova articles, using the criteria at Wikipedia:WikiProject Moldova/Assessment. Update the project banner on the relevant talk page.
- You can look at the cleanup listing to see what needs doing.
- Check the talk page for requests for help.

Project Barnstar
Many projects have a barnstar created specifically for editors who make substantial contributions to articles in their field. At this point, we do one. A few proposals have already been made at Wikipedia:Barnstar and award proposals. Please feel free to make any additional suggestions or indicate which you find most appealing there.
