  1. Sokol Saratov did not appear for the second leg against CSKA Moscow.
  2. Rotor Volgograd and Chernomorets Novorossiysk were denied a professional licence, therefore the teams were eliminated, thus Shinnik Yaroslavl and Amkar Perm advances to the next round.
