The 2023–24 season is the 134th season in the history of Brentford Football Club and their third consecutive season in the Premier League. In addition to the domestic league, the club participated in the FA Cup and the EFL Cup.

Notes:
  1. Everton were deducted eight points for breaching profitability and sustainability rules. They were originally deducted 10 points but this was reduced to six after an appeal. The club were then deducted an additional two points for further PSR breaches.[55][56][57] The second deduction is currently under appeal.[58]
  2. Nottingham Forest were deducted four points for breaching profitability and sustainability rules.[59] The decision is currently under appeal.[60]
