Aaron Winston Shackelford (born October 16, 1996) is an American professional baseball infielder who is a free agent.

Shackelford played college baseball at The Master's University from 2016 to 2019.^[1]

Shackelford was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 14th round, with the 424th overall selection, of the 2019 Major League Baseball draft.^[2] He made his professional debut with the rookie–level Bristol Pirates, hitting .274 with eight home runs and 36 RBI in 53 games. Shackelford did not play in a game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season because of the COVID-19 pandemic.^[3]

He returned to action in 2021, spending the campaign with the High–A Greensboro Grasshoppers. In 97 games, Shackelford hit .210/.290/.438 with 22 home runs and 69 RBI.^[4] He spent the majority of the 2022 season with the Double–A Altoona Curve, also playing in four games for the Triple–A Indianapolis Indians. In 110 games for Altoona, Shackelford posted a .239/.315/.499 batting line with career–highs in home runs (26), RBI (79), and stolen bases (11).^[5]

Shackelford returned to Indianapolis in 2023, playing in 113 contests and hitting .223/.344/.406 with 14 home runs and 52 RBI.^[6] He began the 2024 season back with Indianapolis, batting .216/.263/.409 with four home runs and 14 RBI in 23 appearances. Shackelford was released by the Pirates organization on May 15, 2024.^[7]
