Alexander Gennadievich Koreshkov (Russian: Александр Геннадьевич Корешков; born 28 October 1968) is a retired Kazakhstani professional ice hockey left winger who last competed at the 2010 IIHF World Championship as a member of the Kazakhstan men's national ice hockey team.[1] He is the older brother of Evgeni Koreshkov. He is currently serving as a president of the Kontinental Hockey League team Barys Astana and a general manager of the Kazakhstan men's national ice hockey team. He competed at the 1998 Winter Olympics and the 2006 Winter Olympics.[2]
