Chandu Chekavar

Chandu Chekavar (Chathiyan Chanthu, also known as Chandu Panicker[1]), was a sixteenth-century warrior of the Chekavar family from the Hindu Thiyyar caste,[2] mentioned in the folk songs of Northern Kerala called Vadakkan Pattukal.
