Extinct genus of therapsids from the Late Permian of Russia


Chthonosaurus is an extinct genus of eutherocephalian[1] therapsids from the Late Permian Kutulukskaya Formation of Russia. The type species Chthonosaurus velocidens was named in 1955.[2]
