American football player (born 1963)
Craig Adam Jay (born February 5, 1960) is a former American football tight end. He played college football for Mount Senario College and later professionally in the National Football League for the Green Bay Packers during the 1987 NFL season.[1]

Jay attended Miami Springs High School where he played high school football as a quarterback[2][3] as well as basketball. He joined Miami Dade College in 1982 where he continued with his basketball career[4] but left after one season. He later joined Mount Senario College where he played basketball and football.[5] He was named All-Upper Midwest Collegiate Conference team during both his years at MSC.[6]
Jay played as a replacement player for the Green Bay Packers during the 1987 NFL strike.[7]
