Iván Guido López Bilbao (born 10 March 1990) is a Chilean athlete specialising in the middle-distance events.[1][2] He won several medals on regional level.

In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is López and the second or maternal family name is Bilbao.
In 2016 he tested positive for CERA, a type of EPO, and was banned from competition for four years between 26 February 2016 and 30 May 2020.[3]
