Mr. Jayakumar Gore hails from the village of Boratwadi, his family situation is very poor and he has overcome his situation and today he is an MLA for three terms. His parents as well as his wife Mrs. Sonia Jayakumar Gore have a big role behind his success. the great politician in satara district. People fondly call him as Jalnayak.Today people know him not only in the district but also in the state. He overcame many difficulties and is an MLA today. In 2009, he showed the dream of providing water to drought-stricken areas like Man-Khatav in Satara district and he fulfilled it accordingly. Due to his work, people began to call him Jalnayak.
