Johanna Bond is an American law professor and academic administrator specializing in human rights. She has served as the dean of Rutgers Law School since 2023. Bond was previously the Sydney and Frances Lewis Professor of Law and an associate dean for academic affairs at the Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Bond earned a B.A. from Colorado College.^[1] She completed a master's degree in public policy and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota.^[1] Bond clerked for U.S. district judge Ann D. Montgomery.^[1] She earned a LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.^[1]

Bond specializes in human rights.^[1] She was an associate professor of law at the University of Wyoming College of Law.^[1] She was a visiting associate professor and executive director of the women's law and public policy fellowship program at Georgetown University.^[1] She was the Sydney and Frances Lewis Professor of Law and the associate dean for academic affairs at the Washington and Lee University School of Law.^[1][2] In July 2023, Bond became dean of Rutgers Law School.^[1]
