Village in Muş Province, Turkey

Karapınar is a village in the Varto District of the Muş Province in east Turkey.[2] Its population is 261 (2022).[1] There are Akdoğan Lakes in the east of the village.[3]

Geology and geography

Karapınar and the plateau used for animal husbandry are located on the Akdoğan Mountains.[4] The village is located at an altitude of 2,400 meters.[5]
