Accessible via the N-5 National Highway, this town is overshadowed by the presence of nearby larger towns like Ghotki, Jacobabad and Bahawalpur in the vicinity. Qanoongui Kot Sabzal has registered voters 133707 as reflected in delimitation documents of Election Commission of Pakistan for the year 2023.
