Alexia Potter (born 17 August 2006) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Women's Championship club Crystal Palace, on loan from Chelsea, and the England U19 team. A product of the Chelsea academy, she previously captained the England under-17s.

With Chelsea U16s, Potter is a Youth Cup and Academy Cup winner,^[3] having represented the club at WSL Academy League level.^[4] She previously played for Southwark Cribbs at youth level.^[5]

On 3 September 2023, at 17 years-old, Potter became the youngest female player in England to sign a professional football contract.^[6] A product of the Chelsea academy, having been with the club from 8 years-old, she joined Chelsea committing to the club until summer 2026.^[3] She then joined Crystal Palace for the 2023–24 season.^[7][5] On 12 November 2023, as a 78th-minute substitute, Potter scored her debut professional goal for Crystal Palace, within 12 minutes, in a 3–2 victory over Lewes.^[8]

On 30 March 2022, with England under-17s, Potter scored her debut youth international goal within 8 minutes against Croatia, set up by Ava Baker, in an 8–0 win for U17 Championship qualification.^[9][10]

On 7 October 2022, for 2023 U17 Championship qualification, she captained the England U17 team, scoring two goals in an 11–0 win over Ukraine,^[11] followed by another two goals against Belgium on 15 March 2023,^[12] helping the team to qualify for the final tournament and reach the semi-finals.^[7]

On 26 September 2023, with the under-19s, Potter provided a goal in a 3–3 draw with Germany,^[13] as well as an assist to Poppy Pritchard.^[14] On 27 October 2023, for U19 Championship qualification, she scored the fourth goal in a 6–1 victory over Wales,^[15] followed by the final goal in a 2–0 against Switzerland, while playing in the number 10 role on 3 April 2024.^[16]

Potter has been described as a box-to-box midfielder.^[7]
