Marita insculpta is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Mangeliidae.[1]

Description

The length of the shell attains 6 mm.

The shell is closely longitudinally plicate. The ribs form a slight posterior shoulder or angle, interstices with revolving lirae. The color of the shell is light yellowish brown, darker in the grooves.[2]

Distribution

This marine species is endemic to Australia and occurs off South Australia and Victoria.
