Novomoskovsk_constituency
The Novomoskovsk constituency (No.184[lower-alpha 1]) is a Russian legislative constituency in Tula Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered northern Tula Oblast, however, in 2016 it grabbed half of Tula from the Tula constituency.
