Nujin (Persian: نوجین)[lower-alpha 1] is a city in the Central District of Farashband County, Fars province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Nujin Rural District.[3]

At the 2006 census, its population was 3,356 in 772 households, when it was a village in Nujin Rural District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,416 people in 925 households,[5] by which time the village had been elevated to the status of a city.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,769 people in 1,127 households.[2]
