Parkanlu (Persian: پركانلو, also Romanized as Parkānlū)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Milanlu Rural District of the Central District of Esfarayen County, North Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 165 in 33 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 118 people in 37 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 82 people in 23 households.[2]
