Richard Clair Gabriel (30 August 1927 – 10 October 2006) was an English rower.

Rowing career

Gabriel represented England and won a gold medal in the coxed four (as the coxswain) at the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff, Wales.[1][2]

Gabriel was a member of the University College London Boat Club.

Death

Richard Gabriel died on 10 October 2006, at the age of 79.[3][4]
