Born in Abidjan, Gadji-Celi played for Stella Club d'Adjamé, ASEC Mimosas and FC Sète 34.[1]
He was a member of the Ivory Coast national team between 1984 and 1992,[1] serving as captain of the national team,[2] including at the 1992 African Cup of Nations, which Ivory Coast won.[3][4]
His nephew is fellow footballer Junior Tallo.[3][4]
